| Buffer kit B | This kit contains all the materials for RNA isolation but does not include magnetic beads or the lysis buffer which are both required. The lysis buffer best paired with this buffer kit are acid-guanidinium-phenol based lysis buffers such as Trizol from Millipore-Sigma. |
